By accessing or using Matcher, you state that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Use.

2. Service description

Matcher is a platform that may allow, among other features:

• saving and organizing job opportunities;
• analyzing jobs with artificial intelligence support;
• generating and adapting resumes;
• tracking professional opportunities;
• using a browser extension integrated with the main service.

3. Eligibility

To use the service, you must:

• have legal capacity to enter into agreements;
• provide true and up-to-date information;
• use the service lawfully and in good faith.

4. User account

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials;
• not sharing your account with third parties;
• all activities carried out from your account.

5. Permitted use and restrictions

You agree not to:

• use the service for illegal or abusive purposes;
• interfere with operation of the platform;
• attempt to access areas, data or systems without authorization;
• use third-party data without a legal basis or appropriate authorization.

6. Use of artificial intelligence

Matcher may use artificial intelligence tools to generate analyses, recommendations, summaries and resume suggestions.

Results may contain inaccuracies, simplifications or limitations. You remain responsible for reviewing and making final use of the generated information.

7. User content

You retain ownership of the data and content submitted to the platform, such as resumes, professional history and notes.

By using the service, you authorize us to process that content to operate, improve and provide Matcher features.

8. Credits and payments

8.1 Credit-based model

Matcher works with a credit system, with no subscriptions or recurring charges. Credits are purchased in one-off packages and used for artificial intelligence features, such as job analysis and resume generation.

8.2 Free credits

When you create an account, you receive free credits to try the service. These credits have limited validity and are not transferable.

8.3 Validity and expiration

Purchased credits may have an expiration date disclosed at the time of purchase. Expired credits are non-refundable.

8.4 Payment processing

Payments are processed by third-party partners. Matcher does not store sensitive financial data such as full card number or CVV.

8.5 Refunds

Credits already used are non-refundable. Refund requests for unused credits may be reviewed case by case, according to applicable rules.

9. Third-party integrations and limitations

Some features depend on external platforms, such as job sites and professional networks.

We do not control these platforms. Technical, structural or operational changes made by third parties may affect, limit or interrupt Matcher features, including job capture, data reading or automation resources.

These features are offered subject to availability and may be changed, limited or removed at any time.

10. Browser extension

The Matcher extension may allow:

• capturing job information on compatible pages;
• sending relevant data to your account;
• integrating that information with the product dashboard.

The extension's operation may depend on the structure of visited sites and may be affected by changes in those environments.

11. Service availability

The service may experience interruptions, maintenance, updates, feature changes or partial discontinuation of resources.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or permanent compatibility with third parties.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Matcher does not guarantee obtaining a job, interviews, offers or specific results.

We are also not responsible for decisions made exclusively based on analyses generated by the platform.

13. Intellectual property

The platform, its interface, brand, code and other protected elements belong to Matcher or its licensors, unless expressly stated otherwise.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service in case of violation of these terms, misuse, security risk or legal requirement.

15. Changes to these terms

These Terms of Use may be updated periodically. The latest version will be published on this page.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law, without prejudice to other mandatory rules applicable to the specific case.
